Click Invite Someone to help you.

Then click Save Invitation as a file (Advanced).

Step 5
Under Enter your name, type your name.
Under Set the invitation to
expire, specify the duration for the invitation to remain open, and then click Continue.

Under Require the recipient to use a password, type and confirm a password, click Save Invitation

And then Click Save

Retrieve the public IP address of your computer. To do this, visit the following "What Is My IP" Web site, (http://www.whatismyip.com/)
and then click Copy your IP: Note The IP address of your computer is copied to the clipboard.

Step 9
In Windows Explorer, right-click RAInvitation.msrcincident, point to
Open With, and then click Notepad.

Step 10
Then paste your New IP Address.

Step 11
Save the RAInvitation.msrcincident file, and then exit Notepad.

Step 12
Send the RAInvitation.msrcincident file as an e-mail attachment to the
user of the computer that receives the invitation.
Ask the user of the computer that receives the invitation to save the
e-mail attachment. Then, double-click the RAInvitation.msrcincident file to
start a new Remote Assistance session.
